By downloading our desktop application, accessing our web platform, or utilizing any VIRE services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Users must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

2. User Conduct & Rooms

VIRE provides real-time digital rooms and communication tools. You agree not to use the service to:

• Broadcast, upload, or share illegal, copyrighted (without permission), or explicit content.
• Harass, abuse, or dox other users in voice/video channels or text chats.
• Exploit network connections, attempt DDoS attacks, or disrupt our matchmaking and real-time sync systems.
• Utilize automated bots or scripts to scrape data or artificially inflate room metrics.

3. AI Features & Third-Party Integrations

Our platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance your experience. AI-generated responses are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of AI-generated content. Furthermore, interactions with third-party media and external games are subject to their respective terms of service.

4. Intellectual Property

The VIRE platform—including the client code, interface designs, proprietary sync algorithms, and branding—is owned by VIRE Systems Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to instantly terminate or suspend your account, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, particularly regarding abusive behavior in digital rooms or circumvention of our security systems.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Due to the nature of direct networking and real-time synchronization, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, latency, or absolute security of communication channels.
